Attuned Privacy Policy

Attuned is an AI health coach that you talk to and log into. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Plain language; no dark patterns.

What we collect

• Account. Email address and display name from Google Sign-In. We do not receive your Google password.
• Health data you enter. Meals, sleep, energy ratings, gut symptoms, supplements, weight, exercise, and any free-text notes you log. On Android, optional Health Connect imports (steps, heart rate, calories) when you grant permission.
• Profile. Age, sex, height, target weight, goal packs, medications, allergies, and any preferences you provide during onboarding.
• Coach conversations. Messages you exchange with the in-app coach.
• Device basics. App version, OS version, locale, and time zone — used to make the app work correctly.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect or sell location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or browsing history.
• We do not display third-party advertising. There is no ad tracker in the app.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

How we use your data

• To provide the coaching, logging, trends, and reminders inside the app.
• To compute targets (calories, protein, etc.) from your profile.
• To send your messages and recent context to the coaching AI so it can respond with advice tailored to your day.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of trusted services to operate Attuned:

• Google Firebase (authentication, secure database, cloud functions, push delivery) — data stored in U.S. regions.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — used to generate coach responses and weekly insights. Anthropic processes inputs to return outputs and does not train on your data.

Your choices

• View and edit. Everything you log is visible and editable in the Me tab.
• Delete your account. Email problemsolversoftwarellc@gmail.com from the address tied to your account and we will delete your data within 7 days.
• Optional integrations. Health Connect (Android) and any future integrations are off by default. You enable them explicitly.

Children

Attuned is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used Attuned, contact us and we will delete their data.

Security

Account credentials are managed by Google. Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS. Data at rest is stored in Firebase using Google Cloud's encryption. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users in the event of a confirmed breach involving your data.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
